Underwood Properties, through The UP Mission, aims to end the cycle of generational poverty one family at a time. We do this by lifting families off dirt floors and placing them under wood roofs.

 When you decide to work with us, 10% of our commission from your purchase/sale is donated to build homes for those dealing with housing insecurity. If you refer a friend/family member to us, an additional 5% will be donated in your name. These donations allow the work we do every day, and the clients who trust us, to make a life-changing impact on other families.

We’re currently partnering with the organization, Baja Bound, which supports the working poor of Ensenada, Mexico.

Once a family’s home is complete and they’ve received the keys, we share their photos & stories with our clients here in the DMV who helped put a roof above them. When you choose UP, you become part of a larger mission.
